Terms of Service

Last updated: October 13, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Dearly, a service for creating wedding websites. Dearly is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Vadim Vetoshkin, registered in the country of Georgia (identification number 345859430), Tbel Abuseridze street, N 38, apartment N63, Batumi city, Georgia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or buying a website, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Dearly lets you create a wedding website from a template, fill in your details, collect RSVP replies from your guests, keep a guest list and a seating plan, and share your website with guests by a link.

Creating and editing a website is free. Publishing a website for your guests requires a one-time payment.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a website. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code sent to it. Keep access to your email secure: you are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Price and payment

The price for publishing one website is shown on our website, including the Pricing page, before you pay (currently $129). Prices are in US dollars; sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout depending on your country. The payment is one-time: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Once your payment is confirmed, you can publish your website right away from your dashboard. The service is provided online; nothing is shipped.

Dearly isn’t available in Georgia, and we can’t accept payments from buyers located in Georgia. If a payment is made from Georgia, we refund it in full and the website isn’t published.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment, for any reason, as long as your wedding hasn’t taken place yet. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the texts, photos and other content you add. You allow us to store and display this content only to provide the service to you and your guests.

You confirm that you have the right to publish your content, including photos of other people, and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights. We may remove content that does.

6. Our content

Dearly — including its templates, designs, illustrations, music, texts and software — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it only to create your wedding website on Dearly and share it with your guests. You may not copy, resell or reuse our templates or designs outside Dearly.

7. Your guests’ information

Your website collects replies from your guests. You decide what to ask and use your guests’ information only to organize your wedding. We process this information on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability of your website

Once published, your website stays available to your guests for at least three months after your wedding date (or after the payment, if no date is set).

We work to keep Dearly available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, for example during maintenance.

9. Acceptable use

Use Dearly for personal event websites only. Do not try to disrupt the service, access other people’s accounts or use the service for unlawful purposes.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Dearly at any time. To delete your account, your website and your guests’ replies, write to support@hidearly.com.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms — for example, because of unlawful content or attempts to disrupt the service. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close your account before your wedding for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, we will refund your payment.

11. Liability

Dearly is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your website. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

12. Support and complaints

Contact us at support@hidearly.com. We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days.

For questions about a payment you can also contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, at paddle.net. If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, you may contact the consumer protection authority in your country.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Changes do not reduce what you have already paid for.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country of Georgia. This does not take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
